Pollution:   Most regions where noni grows seems like paradise, white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The same areas have often problems as active volcanoes pollute large areas with poisonous ash and gas. Plants take up many heavy metals with their roots after volcanic ashes have penetrated the soil in which they grow. Plants from such areas show high levels of lead, arsenic and other elements which can be poisonous to humans.
Human pollution by nuclear testing in the Pacific was not limited to French islands Tahiti. There were five more places including Australia where the British and American tested nuclear bombs. Such places are still off-limits and their population has been moved to other islands.

Our noni fruit grows in unpolluted soil in Fiji. Fiji islands have no volcanoes and are far away from nuclear testing areas. Man made pollution such as rubbish is very much under control and there is no industry that could damage the environment.
